Activity Notification Forms must be submitted for;

• Any activity taking place outside the geographical area of Lambeth District (contiguous with the London Borough of Lambeth)
• Any activity as detailed in the Adventurous Activity Permit Scheme (POR rule 9.7), regardless of geographical location
