Waylands Centenary Open Day
Southwark’s District Campsite (Waylands @TN16 2HR) is celebrating 100 years of camping at the site.
The committee would like to extend an invitation to yourself & groups in your district to a day of fun activities at the site.
The day will run between 10:00-16:00 on Saturday, 7 June 2025. Activities as shown on the poster above!
- Football skills
- Picnic area
- Face painting
- Bouncy castles
- Large garden games
- Paracord skills
- Axe throwing
- Badge swapping
- Marshmallow toasting!
Please note that as parking at the site is limited there will be a minibus shuttle service between the Shampan (junction of Grays Lane & Buckhurst Lane) to the site – whilst parking has been agreed with the restaurant parking is at your own risk.
