Torchlight Challenge

On 11th / 12th February Scouts from the 1st Brixton, 2nd Streatham Hill, 15th Lambeth & 19th Clapham took part in the first annual District night hike.

In teams they had to navigate in the dark around Waylands camp site in Westerham, and complete challenges at 10 separate bases.

The results were:-

1st Place              19th Clapham / 1st Brixton A team

2nd Place            15th Lambeth / 2nd Streatham Hill B team

3rd Place             15th Lambeth / 2nd Streatham Hill A team

4th Place             19th Clapham B team

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
