Looking to the next year at our 2025 AGM!

Yesterday we held our 2025 AGM. Thank you to all those who attended and took part, especially the Explorers from Endeavour Explorer Scout Unit, who formalised the evening by parading their flags. At the AGM Wendy formally stood down as District Commissioner/District Lead Volunteer after 10 years and was thanked for her service.

As Wendy stood down, Remy and Konrad formally took up their roles as Joint District Lead Volunteers. They outlined their initial priorities for the next few months;

1. To organise a range of District activities for all sections to support groups in providing exciting programmes for young people and help adult volunteers extend their networks and gain skills.

2. To create a sense of District identity, helping groups and section leaders to collaborate and share experience.

Across Lambeth, we are very much looking forward to working on this agenda over the coming months! We are also keen to build the District Team and really want to engage leaders from right across the district and from all sections. We’ll let you know more about District Team after summer.
